At Fix-A-Floor, we stand behind our floor repair solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a quick and easy return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened Fix-A-Floor adhesive or tools in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package to our designated return center using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and processing of your refund.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
